This type of ceremony can be performed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm), an appointment for a civil ceremony can be made by contacting the Mariposa County Clerk’s office at (209) 966-2007.
The fee for this service is $30.
The County Clerk’s office can also provide a witness to the ceremony for a fee of $10.
